PricePilot is a SaaS platform that provides: - PC game performance predictions and benchmark estimates - Game deal and discount discovery - AI-powered hardware recommendation chat - PC build saving and comparison tools - Premium subscription tier with enhanced features PricePilot is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information during registration - Keep your password secure and confidential - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
PricePilot offers a Premium subscription plan billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. - Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period - All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record - Prices are displayed at checkout and may vary by region - You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis - Failed payments may result in suspension of Premium access By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service available at lemonsqueezy.com/legal/terms.
Cancellation Policy: - You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - You will retain Premium access until the end of the paid period - No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period Please refer to our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform - Scrape, crawl, or extract data from PricePilot without permission - Share your account credentials with others - Use the AI chat to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content - Attempt to bypass usage limits through technical means - Impersonate other users or PricePilot staff Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
All content, features, and functionality of PricePilot — including but not limited to the design, code, text, graphics, and AI-generated outputs — are owned by PricePilot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission. User-generated content such as saved builds remains your property. By saving content on PricePilot, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as part of the Service.
PricePilot uses AI to generate performance predictions and hardware recommendations. Please note: - AI predictions are estimates only and not guaranteed to be accurate - Real-world performance may vary based on system configuration, drivers, and other factors - Hardware prices shown are approximate and may differ from actual retail prices - PricePilot is not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on AI recommendations Always verify hardware compatibility and pricing through official retailer channels before making a purchase.
PricePilot may contain links to third-party websites and services including game stores, hardware retailers, and affiliate links. We are not responsible for: - The content or privacy practices of third-party sites - Any transactions conducted on third-party platforms - The accuracy of prices or availability shown via third-party APIs Affiliate links may earn PricePilot a commission at no additional cost to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PricePilot and its operators shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of data, revenue, or profits - Damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Service - Inaccurate performance predictions or hardware recommendations The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We strive to maintain high availability of PricePilot but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to: - Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time - Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability - Update features or pricing with reasonable notice We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: - Violate these Terms of Service - Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior - Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
