Refund Policy

We want you to love PricePilot Premium. If you are not satisfied, this policy explains how we handle refund requests.

1. Overview

At PricePilot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Premium subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund. Effective Date: April 27, 2026 All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all refund processing on our behalf.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if: - You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase - You have not made extensive use of Premium features during that period - Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase are generally not eligible unless there are exceptional circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: - Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date - Renewal charges — we send reminder notifications before renewal - Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service - Requests citing reasons such as "forgot to cancel" after the 14-day window - Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions mid-billing period We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

4. How to Request a Refund

If approved, Lemon Squeezy will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund: - You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings - Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund - You retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period - After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier To cancel, go to your Account page and manage your subscription settings.

6. Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using Premium features, please contact us at supportpricepilot@gmail.com with details of the issue. We will investigate and may offer: - A refund if the issue was on our end and significantly impacted your experience - An extension of your subscription period as compensation - A partial credit toward future billing Each case will be evaluated individually and fairly.

7. Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record

All payments on PricePilot are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means: - Your payment appears as "Lemon Squeezy" on your bank statement - Lemon Squeezy handles all payment disputes and chargebacks - Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method - For payment-specific queries, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly at lemonsqueezy.com/support

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of PricePilot Premium after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
